Pricing and Payment Terms
1. Service pricing will be provided through a free quote and is subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Payment is due at booking. Accepted payment methods include

Any overdue payments may incur additional fees
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $35.00
Access to Properties
In order to provide our cleaning services efficiently, clients are required to grant access to the property at the scheduled service time. This may include providing keys, access codes, or being present to allow entry. If our team is unable to access the property at the agreed-upon time due to client-related issues, a missed service fee(40 % of the total amount) may apply. For safety and security, we do not keep copies of keys or retain access codes once the service has been completed, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Worry-Free Warranty
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately. We will send an associated to correct the issue within the next 24 hours at no additional cost.
Confidentiality and Use of Images
We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients' properties. As part of our commitment to service quality and promotion, we may take before-and-after images of the areas we clean. These images serve two purposes: to provide a record for service guarantee and to showcase our work for promotional use. Images will never include personal or sensitive information and will focus solely on cleaning results. By using our services, you consent to the use of such images, unless you provide written notice opting out. We handle all images respectfully and in accordance with professional standards.
Liability Limitations

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the property or items within it. We are not liable for damage caused by wear and tear, previous defects, or items that are fragile, improperly secured, or in disrepair. Clients are encouraged to inform us of any areas of concern prior to service.

Our team takes care to treat your property and possessions with respect, but any claims must be reported within [timeframe] of service completion.

We are not responsible for organizing closets, toys, clutter on floors, or washing dishes. Our focus is solely on cleaning services.
Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for securing valuables, breakables, and ensuring that access is provided on the day of service.

For safety and efficiency, we request that clutter, toys, and other obstructions be removed from floors and surfaces prior to our arrival.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a work environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary beyond the agreed-upon conditions, or if any inappropriate behavior occurs.
Use of Cleaning Products
We use high-quality cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific products you would like us to use, please inform us prior to service.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
