    Booking a cleaning service with us is easy! You can either call us, send us an email, or fill out our online booking form, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the details.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We proudly serve Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist.
  • How do you ensure the safety and security of my home?
    Our team is fully trained, insured, and background-checked for your peace of mind. We take the security of your home or office very seriously and follow strict protocols to ensure everything is left safe and secure.

    Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We use high-quality, professional-grade products, but if you have specific products, you'd like us to use, just let us know.
  • Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?
    We offer eco-friendly cleaning options using non-toxic, environmentally safe products. Just let us know if you'd prefer green cleaning products, and we'll gladly accommodate your request.
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    No, you don’t have to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide access to their homes or offices with detailed instructions, and we ensure everything is securely locked up after the cleaning is complete.
  • How do I pay for your services?
    We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online payments, and cash. You can choose the option that’s most convenient for you.
  • What happens if I’m not satisfied with the service?
    Your satisfaction is our priority! If for any reason you’re not happy with our service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
